Co-Founder
Ericka is a performance-driven, strategic thinker with deep expertise in executive coaching. With 20 years of experience, she supports leaders and teams in building capacity and navigating complexity. With a strengths-based philosophy and a strong grasp of organizational culture, she partners with organizations to define meaningful strategic goals and craft adaptive, actionable plans to achieve them.
She prides herself on being a catalyst for sparking transformation in individuals. Her passion is to engage and connect individuals with possibilities. She has always been involved in her community, focusing on immigrants and refugees, food insecurity, and educational pipeline issues.

Michelle
Co-Founder
Michelle is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations discover and expand their growing edge. Having held senior leadership roles since 2006, she brings nearly two decades of experience navigating organizational complexity, leading change, and developing people and teams.
Her approach combines practical leadership experience with an understanding of human behaviour, neuroscience, and organizational development. Through engaging conversations, experiential learning, and practical application, Michelle helps people challenge established ways of thinking, strengthen relationships, and build the capacity to create lasting change.
Michelle believes that meaningful change begins when people recognize their capacity to think differently, challenge familiar patterns, and grow beyond what they once believed possible.
